Allstate Insurance Comapny, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Farmers Insurance Group, Mega Life & Casualty.  American Consultant under the direct direction of Dr. Alex Melvin Wade, Jr., have litigation pending against National Insurance Crime Bureau, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Texas Farmers Mutual Insurance Comapany.  Dr Wade filed a judgment by default against three of the Defendants thats in litigation,in the amount of $147,917,000.00 (One Hundred Forty Four Million Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Dollars) aginst Texas Farmers Mutual Insurance Company(Farmers Insurance Group),  Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Allstate Insurance Company for their failure to respond and/or answer the lawsuit.

Theseare the issues are pending before the 1st Court of Appeals sitting at Houston, the issues before the Court are,Wade v. National Insurance Crime Bureau, Et Al., in cause number 01-04-00435; (1) the Court's clerk's failure to provide notice to the plaintiff of Defendant being granted summary judgment were not final judgment because their was no "notice" of the court action on either Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and of National Insurance Crime Bureau, there were other defendants named in the litigation and the judgment of June 9th, 2003 and July 15th, 2003 were non-final for the purpose of appealing the judgment. Dr. Wade developed this idea slowly, at first, in processuing insurance claims for the public, while holding selling home improvement as remodeling company and fuinaced some of the home improvements with funds for the insurance claim settlements.

At present, Dr. Wade have filed litrigation against the State of Texas in the 12th Judicial District Court, Grimes County, Texas for the limits of liability for false imprisonment, that brings into play, legal fees, posting of bail and anyother fees thats involved in that cause of action.  Dr. Wade prior to the false arrest will show and it is on record, his federal income tax show that the income of ,000,00(Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Dollars) was earned at the time of the injury.  Dr. Wade can show that his loss exceeds the amount of .$500,000.00(Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) due. This case has been ordered mediated by the Court on May 10th, 2004 commanding the State of Texas to prepare the order in that cause of action the case mediated in 60 days of that May 10th, 2004 date of the in court proceedings.

On or before July 10th, 2004 the 12th Judicial District Court, Grimes County, Texas Order the State of Texas to prepare an Order for mediation.  To this day, the State of Texas, Office of Gregory Abbott, has not complied with the direct order of the court.

Plaintiff/Claimant Dr. Alex Melvin Wade, Jr., will seek Contempt of Court proceeding against the Office of the Attorney and seeks the Court, vested with the authority issue an Order granting Plaintiff?claim monetary relief in the amount of $500,000.00(Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) far less than the amount due.  Claimant/Plaintiff income tax show taxable wages in the amount of $596,000.00(Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Dollars) for the year 1992 the time the incident accrued.  Keeping in mind, it not what the Claimant made it what he could have earned in the seven years taken to acquire an acquittal for lack of probable cause.
